    Sound familiar?

Pool problems we solve every week.

    • Green or cloudy water

Heat, heavy rain or one missed week can turn a pool almost overnight. We test and treat every visit — and if it has already turned, we can clear it.

      See green pool cleanup
    • Water that irritates

Off-balance chemistry stings eyes and skin and wears out equipment. We check chlorine, pH and alkalinity every visit and correct them.

    • Service that doesn’t show up

Missed visits, a different person every week, no word afterward. You get one technician and a report after every visit.

    • A pool you can’t keep an eye on

Away for the season or not moved in yet? Weekly visits keep it ready, and the report tells you exactly how it looks.

    Weekly pool service

Everything your pool needs, every single week.

Florida pools change fast. Heat, strong sun, afternoon storms and blowing debris can take water from sparkling to cloudy in days. Weekly service keeps your pool clean, balanced and ready to use — without you lifting a brush.

    Simple, custom pricing

Weekly service plans are customized based on pool size, enclosure, equipment and service needs — so you only pay for what your pool actually requires.

    • Skim the surface

Leaves, bugs and floating debris removed from the water.

    • Brush walls, steps & tile line

Keeps algae and buildup from getting a foothold.

    • Empty skimmer & pump baskets

Clear baskets help your pump circulate properly.

    • Test the water

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity checked every visit.

    • Balance chemicals

Adjusted for Florida heat, sun and rainfall.

    • Check the filter

Filter pressure monitored so we can flag when it needs cleaning.

    • Look over equipment

A visual check of pump, filter and plumbing for anything unusual.

    • Visit notification

A quick note after each visit so you know it’s done.

Weekly service covers cleaning, water care and a visual equipment check. Repairs and equipment work are not part of weekly service; if something needs attention we’ll tell you and quote it separately or refer an appropriately licensed contractor. See exactly what’s included →

    FAQ

    Pool service questions, answered

Don’t see your question? Send us a message — we’re happy to help.

How often is my pool serviced?

Once a week, on a consistent service day. Weekly visits keep chlorine and pH in range through Southwest Florida’s heat, sun and summer storms, and stop small problems from turning into green water.

How much does pool service cost?

New customers pay just $89 for the first month of weekly service, and that includes a free water test. After the first month, your weekly price is set by your pool’s size, enclosure, equipment and needs — and we tell you exactly what it will be before you agree to anything. There is no contract, so you can cancel anytime.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no long-term contract. Weekly service continues month to month, and you can cancel anytime if your plans change.

What if I’m not happy with a visit?

If a visit isn’t up to standard, tell us and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge.

    Are chemicals included?

Routine balancing chemicals used during your weekly visit are part of the plan we quote. Specialty treatments — for example algae recovery, stain treatment or salt for a salt system — are discussed and approved with you before anything is added. Your quote spells out exactly what is included.

    Do you service screened pools?

Yes. We service both screened (caged) and unscreened pools. Unscreened pools usually collect more leaves and debris, so enclosure type is one of the things we consider when we prepare your quote.

Do I have to be home?

No. As long as we have safe access to the pool area — an unlocked gate or gate code, and pets secured — we can complete your visit while you are at work, out for the day or away for the season. You receive a report after each visit.

Will I get the same technician every week?

That’s how we set up every route: one technician who learns your pool, so you’re never wondering who is coming. After each visit you get a short text or email report, so you always know it was done and how your water tested.

Can service begin before I move in or arrive for the season?

Yes. Many owners set up pool service before closing, move-in or the start of the season so the pool is clean and balanced when they arrive. Tell us your expected arrival or possession date and we will plan around it.

    Do you service seasonal residents?

Yes. Weekly service continues while you are away, with a short report after each visit. If we notice something unusual — a pump that is not running, low water, visible equipment issues — we let you know so you can decide what to do.

Can you clean a green or cloudy pool?

Yes. Send us a photo with your quote request and we’ll tell you what we see and what it will take to get the pool clear again, including a free water test. Once it’s back in shape, weekly service keeps it that way. See our Green Pool Cleanup page for details.

    What areas do you cover?

We serve homes on Anna Maria Island — Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach — and nearby in Longboat Key, Cortez, Bradenton and Palmetto, Florida. If you are just outside those areas, request a quote anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit you into a route.

Do you service pools with attached spas?

Yes. An attached spa that shares the pool’s water and equipment is cleaned and included in water testing during your visit. Let us know about the spa on the quote form so it is reflected in your price.

    How quickly can service begin?

It depends on current route availability. After we review your pool details we will give you a start date along with your quote — and if you are moving in on a specific date, we will work toward it.
