New customers only, on Anna Maria Island and nearby. Based on a standard-size residential pool; very large, heavily neglected or specially equipped pools may need a different price, which we quote before any work begins. After the first month your weekly price is set by your pool and confirmed with you before you agree to anything.

After the first month

How your weekly price is set.

Every pool is different, so we don’t guess with a one-size rate that changes later. We look at your actual pool, then tell you the exact weekly price — before you agree to anything. No surprise fees, no contract.

  • Pool size

Bigger pools take more time to brush and vacuum and more chemicals to keep balanced.

  • Screened or unscreened

Pools without a screen enclosure collect far more leaves, pollen and bugs, so they need more skimming each week.

  • Equipment

Filter type, pump and any heater or automation change what each visit involves.

  • Sanitizing system

A traditional chlorine pool and a salt system are maintained differently, and that affects your price.

Every weekly visit

What’s included.

This is the same full checklist whether it’s your first month or your fiftieth. Routine balancing chemicals are part of your plan; specialty treatments are always approved by you first.

  • Skim the surface

Leaves, bugs and floating debris removed from the water.

  • Brush walls, steps & tile line

Keeps algae and buildup from getting a foothold.

  • Empty skimmer & pump baskets

Clear baskets help your pump circulate properly.

  • Test the water

Chlorine, pH and alkalinity checked every visit.

  • Balance chemicals

Adjusted for Florida heat, sun and rainfall.

  • Check the filter

Filter pressure monitored so we can flag when it needs cleaning.

  • Look over equipment

A visual check of pump, filter and plumbing for anything unusual.

  • Visit notification

A quick note after each visit so you know it’s done.

Straight talk, in writing.

  • No contract

    Month to month. Cancel anytime.

  • Free water test

    Included with your first-month offer.

  • Our guarantee

If a visit isn’t up to standard, tell us and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge.

  • Report every visit

Same technician, and a text or email after every visit.

Weekly service covers cleaning, water care and a visual equipment check. It does not include equipment repair or replacement, leak detection, resurfacing or other contractor work. If we spot something that needs attention we’ll tell you and either quote it separately or refer you to an appropriately licensed pool contractor.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Don’t see your question? Send us a message — we’re happy to help.

How much does pool service cost?

New customers pay just $89 for the first month of weekly service, and that includes a free water test. After the first month, your weekly price is set by your pool’s size, enclosure, equipment and needs — and we tell you exactly what it will be before you agree to anything. There is no contract, so you can cancel anytime.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no long-term contract. Weekly service continues month to month, and you can cancel anytime if your plans change.

What if I’m not happy with a visit?

If a visit isn’t up to standard, tell us and we’ll come back and make it right at no charge.

Are chemicals included?

Routine balancing chemicals used during your weekly visit are part of the plan we quote. Specialty treatments — for example algae recovery, stain treatment or salt for a salt system — are discussed and approved with you before anything is added. Your quote spells out exactly what is included.

Do you service screened pools?

Yes. We service both screened (caged) and unscreened pools. Unscreened pools usually collect more leaves and debris, so enclosure type is one of the things we consider when we prepare your quote.

Do you service pools with attached spas?

Yes. An attached spa that shares the pool’s water and equipment is cleaned and included in water testing during your visit. Let us know about the spa on the quote form so it is reflected in your price.

Do you repair pumps, heaters or other equipment?

Our weekly service includes a visual check of your equipment, and we tell you if something looks wrong. Repairs and equipment replacement are not part of weekly service; when needed, they are quoted separately or referred to an appropriately licensed pool contractor.

How quickly can service begin?

It depends on current route availability. After we review your pool details we will give you a start date along with your quote — and if you are moving in on a specific date, we will work toward it.
